These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the NTI Windows & Doors customer relationship management system and its integrations with third-party business services, including QuickBooks Online.
1. Purpose of the NTI CRM
The NTI CRM is an internal business system used by NTI Windows & Doors to manage customer, sales, project, scheduling, quoting, installation, payment and related operational workflows.
The NTI CRM is NTI’s operational system of record for customer, project and workflow management. QuickBooks Online serves designated accounting and payment functions. Authorized users must follow NTI’s approved workflows and must not knowingly bypass those workflows or create conflicting, duplicate or unauthorized records in either system.
2. Authorized Use
Access to the NTI CRM is limited to individuals authorized by NTI Windows & Doors.
Authorized users may only access or use information necessary for legitimate NTI business purposes and in accordance with their assigned responsibilities and permissions.
Users must not:
- access information they are not authorized to view;
- share login credentials or security tokens;
- knowingly create duplicate or conflicting customer, project, invoice or payment records;
- bypass approved NTI business workflows;
- attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, compromise or misuse the system or its integrations.
3. QuickBooks Online Integration
The NTI CRM may exchange authorized business information with QuickBooks Online to support accounting and payment-related functions.
Depending on the workflow, this may include information required to:
- identify or create QuickBooks customers;
- create, update or reconcile invoices;
- associate NTI purchase order or project identifiers with accounting records;
- retrieve invoice and payment status;
- record QuickBooks identifiers and synchronization status within the NTI CRM;
- support reconciliation between NTI operational records and QuickBooks accounting records.
NTI maintains operational control over customer, project, quote and workflow information within the NTI CRM. QuickBooks Online is used for designated accounting and payment functions.
4. Customer and Business Information
The integration may process business and customer information necessary to perform authorized NTI operations, including names, contact information, project identifiers, invoice amounts, addresses and payment-status information.
Information must only be used for legitimate NTI business purposes and handled in accordance with NTI Windows & Doors’ Privacy Policy.

5. Payment Information
NTI does not intend for payment-card numbers, card verification codes or other sensitive card credentials to be stored in ordinary NTI CRM fields, Google Sheets, or integration logs.
Where payment functionality is enabled through QuickBooks or related Intuit services, payment information is processed through the applicable Intuit payment environment.
Payment services are provided by Intuit Payments Inc.
6. Third-Party Services
The NTI CRM may integrate with third-party services, including QuickBooks Online and other Intuit services.
Use of those services may also be governed by the applicable third-party terms, privacy policies and service agreements.
NTI Windows & Doors does not control the availability, functionality or policies of third-party platforms.
7. Data Accuracy and Authorized Changes
Authorized users are responsible for following NTI’s approved procedures when entering, reviewing, approving or changing customer, project, quote, invoice and payment information.
Material commercial changes must follow the applicable NTI approval and revision process.
Users must not intentionally manipulate records in a manner that creates inaccurate, misleading, duplicate or conflicting information between the NTI CRM and connected accounting systems.
8. Security
Users must take reasonable steps to protect their account credentials and access to NTI systems.
Suspected unauthorized access, credential exposure, data misuse or other security concerns must be reported to NTI Windows & Doors promptly.
NTI may suspend or revoke access where necessary to protect its systems, customers or business information.
9. Availability and Changes
NTI may modify, maintain, update, suspend or discontinue portions of the NTI CRM or its integrations as business, security, technical or regulatory requirements change.
These Terms may also be updated from time to time. The effective date shown on this page will identify the current version.
10. Termination of Access
Access to the NTI CRM may be suspended or terminated when an individual is no longer authorized to use the system or where NTI determines that access creates a security, compliance or operational risk.
